BILL OF LADING-PROVISION LIABILITY CONSIDERING REDUCED RATE
The shipper has the option of shipping the goods at higher rates without limitation as to value in case of loss or damage from causes that would make carrier liable. The shipper, nevertheless, agrees to the specified valuation named in this bill of lading for such loss or damage because of the lower rate thereby accorded for transportation hereunder.
